What every plan includes
A Responsible Person for your primary market, product and packaging review, review of the files you already have, document storage and ongoing support. The main difference is how many product families you cover, and the level of support around them.
Paying starts the work. It does not mean approval, and it does not release representation details. We confirm coverage as we review.
How membership renews
Your membership renews for a further term of the same length unless you choose not to. We'll remind you 60, 30 and 7 days before, and you can manage your renewal from the Account tab at any time. A renewal is not a full restart: we look at what is still true and what has changed.

Can I start with one market and add the other later?
Yes. Membership includes representation for your primary market. Add the United Kingdom or the European Union when you need it.
