What we collect and why

If you start a membership we use your name, work email, company and product information to create a workspace and to write to you about that work. If you request a meeting we use your name, work email, company, website, the market you named, and what you told us about the launch, so we can look at the products and arrange a time.

If we invite you to review us we use the email we already have, and we only publish what you write once you have agreed.

If you write to us from this site we use the contact details you send so we can reply. We collect ordinary website logs (for example IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service available and to understand, in aggregate, which public pages are used.

We do not intentionally collect special category personal data.

Legal basis

We process membership data because it is necessary for the contract. We process meeting requests, enquiries and aggregate usage on legitimate interests: running the business and answering you. We process what the law requires when the law requires it. We ask for consent before we publish a review, and before any marketing you have not already asked for.

Who we share data with

Named Responsible Person entities in the UK and the EU receive what they need to stand behind a represented family. They act as independent controllers for that role.

We use processors for hosting, email, payments and analytics. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Work with clients outside the UK can mean a transfer outside the UK. Where that happens we use an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We do not sell personal data. We keep it for as long as the membership, the review, or the law requires, then we delete or anonymise it. Client records are typically kept for up to six years after the relationship ends.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to us at the email above to exercise a right.

Sign-in needs an essential session cookie. If you ask us to keep your sign-in email on this device, it stays in this browser and is not a cookie. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page use. We do not run a marketing cookie banner because we do not run marketing cookies.
