The public pages on this site describe Blue Peak in plain language. A membership is a contract with Blue Peak Consulting Group Ltd: the terms you agree at sign-up and checkout are the ones that bind, not the marketing copy.

Paying for a membership starts the work. It does not mean a product is approved, and it does not let you use our Responsible Person details. Those details are released per product family, for the version we have reviewed, once that family shows as represented.

UK representation is provided by AF PHARMA SERVICE UK LTD, London. EU representation is provided by AF PHARMA SERVICE EUROPE SL, Barcelona. Blue Peak coordinates the membership and the workspace. The named entity stands behind the represented family.
