What we look at
The product, the packaging, and the files you already have: tests, certificates, declarations, assessments, specifications, supplier statements. They do not have to be complete, current or in English. We would rather look at something and tell you it is not needed than have you decide for us.
You pick the category that best describes the product. If you are not sure, say so. A specialist places it. You never have to name the law yourself.
What you get back
Anything that actually matters arrives as an action: what we found, why it matters, and what you can do. You can sort it yourself, or have us take care of it where a fixed price applies.
There is no dashboard of tasks to decode. The workspace always shows where you are, what is happening, and what we need from you, if we need anything at all.
Paying is not approval
Paying starts the work. It does not mean a product is approved, and it does not release Responsible Person details. Representation for a family goes live when that family is ready.

Questions
Do I need a complete technical file before I start?
No. Send what you have. If you do not have a document, say so and move on. That is a real answer, and it never holds the submit up.
What is a product family?
A group of products that share the same design, the same intended use and the same requirements. Colours, scents and sizes of the same product usually stay together. We review, cover and price the underlying work once.
Which product categories do you review?
Physical consumer products: cosmetics, food and supplements, electrical goods, toys, PPE, machinery, medical devices, chemicals, and general consumer products.
